The Apprenticeship Program operating under the Talenzia Company, has been successfully running since May 2020. TAP is a dynamic and hands-on initiative that empowers individuals with practical skills and the real-world in their chosen field.

The program typically lasts for a duration of 3-6 months and offers a unique blend of structured classroom learning and on-the-job training, providing participants with a well-rounded education while allowing them to contribute meaningfully to our organization's goals.

Since its inception, TAP has graduated more than 150 individuals from all over the world and Lebanon. Many of these graduates have found excellent opportunities in their respective fields shortly after completing the program. Currently, TAP is in the midst of its 12th batch, continuing to foster talent development and empower the next generation of skilled professionals.

Throughout the program

apprentices work closely with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to various facets of their chosen industry. This immersive learning experience equips them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their careers.

Learning about the process of identifying, attracting, and selecting suitable candidates for job positions within the organization.

Resumes and Cover Letters

Understanding how to create effective resumes and cover letters to showcase qualifications and skills to potential employers.

Exploring the use of LinkedIn as a professional networking tool and how to create a compelling online professional presence

Tax and NSSF

National Social Security Fund): Gaining knowledge about tax regulations and social security contributions, which are important aspects of employment.


Payroll

Learning the basics of payroll management, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholding.`

Leaves and Holiday

Understanding the policies and procedures related to employee leave, vacation, and holiday entitlements.

Policies and Procedures

Familiarizing apprentices with the organization's rules, guidelines, and protocols, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies.

Training

Participating in training programs to enhance specific job-related skills and knowledge.

Disciplinary Measures
